About this work

This print shows two black rectangles stacked vertically. The top one has a thin white line running horizontally near the middle. The bottom one has a tiny white square near the center. The edges are framed by a light border. The white line and square stand out sharply against the black. This kind of stark contrast is often used to draw attention to simple shapes.
