『鹿児島賊徒鎮静依諸将 天杯頂戴之図』|Leaders of the Pacification of the Kagoshima Rebels Celebrating with Cups of Wine from the Emperor (Kagoshima zokuto chinsei ni yotte shoshō tenhai chōdai no zu) is a 20 ink by Yōshū (Hashimoto) Chikanobu, a Impressionism work, depicting emperor, held at Metropolitan Museum of Art.
This print shows three busy scenes with lots of people in bright, bold colors. The left panel has a group sitting at tables, drinking and talking. The middle panel shows a wild, outdoor fight with people on the ground and others watching. The right panel has soldiers on horseback, some holding weapons, while others cheer. The fight looks messy but controlled, like a big celebration after a win. The text at the top hints this might be about a famous event in Japan.
