This drawing shows strange, twisted shapes that look like melted furniture and creatures. A tall, skinny object with dots stands like a lamp, while a lumpy chair holds a blobby figure with a flower-like head. Another shape on the right has long arms and a stretched-out leg. The lines are simple but create a dreamy, almost spooky mood. The artist used just pencil on paper, making everything feel light but odd. If you like this, look up Yves Tanguy for more of his weird, abstract work.
