Albert Flamm was a Kingdom of Prussia artist.
Albert Flamm was a landscape painter from the Kingdom of Prussia who lived from 1823 to 1906. He studied under the artist Andreas Achenbach, an association that shaped his early development as a painter. Later in his career, Flamm assumed the role of instructor, passing his knowledge to several notable artists. His students included Jeanna Bauck, Ludvig Munthe, and Adelsteen Normann. Through these teaching relationships, Flamm contributed to the artistic community of his time. He is remembered as a German artist whose work and mentorship left a mark on the landscape painting tradition of the nineteenth century.
