Bernardo Blanco y Pérez (1828-1876) was a Spanish painter and lithographer born in Madrid. He trained at the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando in Madrid and worked as a portraitist while also producing lithographic illustrations for nineteenth-century Spanish publications. His output reflects the historical and portrait traditions of mid-nineteenth-century Spanish art.
