H Beard Print Collection is a 1750 by Francesco Bartolozzi, depicting Sheet Music, held at Victoria and Albert Museum.
This print shows a delicate oval frame holding a floral design. Inside, small flowers cluster around a central vase. The whole piece looks like something you’d find on old sheet music. The artist, Francesco Bartolozzi, worked in England around the late 1700s. He was known for turning drawings into prints. This one may have decorated sheet music for royal performances. See one of his other prints at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
The print features an inscription reading "Six Quartetto for two Violins a Tenor and Violoncello Obligati, most humbly dedicated to His Majesty by Charles Fred Abel, Opera VIII," and may have served as a cover for sheet music.
