This black-and-white drawing shows three men standing side by side. The man on the left holds a tool like a broom, wearing a wide-brimmed hat and striped clothes. The middle man has a beard and stands with his hands clasped, dressed in a loose jacket and striped pants. The man on the right holds a hammer and a curved tool, also in striped clothes. The title is a playful rhyme about who holds what tool—it’s a joke about who’s in charge.
