Over the course of a decade, the gallery's growing prominence necessitated a larger space, prompting a relocation in 2020 to the Marais district at 121 rue Vieille-du-Temple. Wettergren's influence in the art and design sectors has been recognized through several distinctions. In December 2013, she was included in the American magazine Art + Auction's Power 100 list of the most important personalities in the art world. The following year, she received the Finn Juhl Prize and served on the Audi Award 2014 jury alongside figures such as Daniel Buren, Jean de Loisy, and Emmanuel Perrotin.
