Missolonghi or Mesolongi is a town in western Greece. It is the capital of the Aetolia-Acarnania regional unit, and the seat of the municipality of Iera Polis Mesolongiou. According to the 2021 census, the municipality has a population of 32,048 people, of whom 13,965 live in the town of Missolonghi.
