Știrbu Ștefan is a Surrealism artist. 23 works are cataloged here, principally at Gavrila Simion Eco-Museum Research Institute Tulcea.

A Romanian printmaker, Ștefan Știrbu made linocuts and paintings that blend folklore scenes with everyday life. In Visul unei zile de vară (1984), soft summer light spills over a village green. His prints like Crăciunul și anul nou (1974) and Cina pescarilor (1970) use bold black-and-white contrasts to tell stories rooted in local tradition.

Tap Peisaj dobrogean (1980) to step into the wide, wind-swept landscapes of Dobrogea that also appear in his work.
