Matthias Lock is a Baroque artist. 1 work is cataloged here, principally at Victoria and Albert Museum.

Lock and Flitcroft carved and built furniture in the 1740s. Their wooden tables were made of pine with marble tops, painted white and gold to match grand homes. This was the early Georgian era, when craftsmen carved acanthus leaves and ribbon bows into tables like the one they made around 1740–45. Look for the pine and marble Table to see the carving up close.
