Animals, and a group of gamblers is a 4 by George Chinnery, a Romanticism work, depicting Cattle, held at Victoria and Albert Museum.
The drawing depicts two cats, a cow, a dog, and three figures engaged in a game on the ground, part of an album containing 179 sheets of works made in Bengal and Macau. Created by George Chinnery, who worked extensively in British India and later in Macau, the sheet is among 93 drawings bequeathed in 1928 as part of an album. Chinnery, born in London in 1774, established himself as a prominent artist in Calcutta before relocating to Macau in 1825, where he remained until his death in 1852.
