This painting shows three donkeys standing in a field. They're looking different directions, and one is biting another's back. The donkeys are brown and the field is brownish-green. There's a tall, rocky outcropping on the left side of the painting. The donkeys seem to be in a rural area, maybe a farm or a pasture. The painting is done in a realistic style, with lots of detail in the donkeys' fur and the rocks. The artist, Giuseppe Raggio, painted this in 1883.
