You see a muscular god in ancient robes, holding a flaming torch. Light glows around his head like a halo. His pose copies statues from ancient Rome. This print copies a painting by Hendrick Goltzius. Goltzius was known for bold lines. He made the god look almost real. Look for prints by Jacob Matham at the National Gallery of Art, Washington.
