About this work

This is a blank wooden panel with a simple frame. The wood is light brown and shows some wear, with faint marks and scratches. The panel is divided into four sections by thin wooden strips. This empty space was once a painting called *Victorie*. The wood looks old, but no one knows exactly how old or who made it. Check out the Museum of Ethnography to see if they’ve shared more about this piece.
