Untitled is a 1977 by Rachel New, held at Victoria and Albert Museum.
A wax crayon drawing from 1977 by six-year-old Rachel New depicts a street party in East Ham, London, celebrating Queen Elizabeth II’s Silver Jubilee. The image is densely filled with smiling figures, Union Jack flags, bunting, and red, white, and blue balloons, framed by a pink house on the left and the number 25 in the center. The drawing is mounted on green card with corner holes for display and includes a pink card inset bearing the inscription “Rachel Clark Altmore Infant 6 year. Class I. Merit.”

Rachel Newman (born May 1, 1938) is an American magazine editor and artist, daughter of Maurice Newman and Edythe Brenda Tichell. She was raised in Massachusetts and Virginia, and currently resides in New York City.
