About this work

This is a woodblock print of a lobster on a piece of wood. The lobster is orange and has long antennae and claws. It's lying on a black piece of wood with a round end. The background is beige with some Japanese writing on it. The lobster is very detailed, with lots of lines to show its shell. The wood it's on is also detailed, with lines to show the grain. The writing in the background is in Japanese, so I don't know what it says. If you like this, you might want to check out other works by the Romanticism movement.
