The Stork Alights is a photographic by Zoological Photographic Club, held at Victoria and Albert Museum.
This photograph shows a stork in flight, its wings spread wide, about to land on a nest. The nest is perched on top of a tall, narrow structure that appears to be made of mud or clay. The background is a hilly landscape with sparse vegetation. The stork's wings are outstretched, and its legs are bent as it prepares to touch down on the nest. The nest itself is made of twigs and other plant material, and it looks like it's been used before. The photograph is a great example of wildlife photography, capturing a moment in the life of a bird.
