The Musée d'art et d'histoire de Lisieux is the municipal museum of Lisieux, a town in the Calvados department of the Normandy region in northwestern France. Housed in a rare surviving 17th-century half-timbered house, the museum holds the French national Musée de France label and presents the history of Lisieux from its ancient origins to the present day. Its collections encompass Gallo-Roman archaeology, ethnographic material from the local Pays d'Auge region, and the most complete public collection of Pré d'Auge ceramics in France, alongside paintings by artists including Gustave Courbet, Francis Picabia, and Eugène Boudin.

The museum is integrated into one of the last surviving half-timbered houses from the 17th century in Lisieux. In 2011, it became part of the pôle muséal of the Communauté d'agglomération Lisieux Normandie, joining the Château-Musée de Saint-Germain de Livet and the Musée du Vieux Manoir in Orbec. This muséal network consolidated the museum's administrative and scientific operations under a shared structure. The building itself serves as both a historic monument and the administrative headquarters for the Pôle Muséal.

The museum occupies Maison 38 boulevard Pasteur, a half-timbered structure that ranks among the best-preserved examples of traditional Pays d'Auge construction. Lisieux was once known as the 'capital of carved wood,' and the building itself embodies this heritage. The interior staircase functions as a chronological timeline connecting the exhibition spaces across the historic fabric.
