Fereastră is a 1919 unspecified by Ștefan Dimitrescu, held at Moldova National Museum Complex.
This wall shows four small paintings nailed to a rough, faded surface. The top left is a portrait of a man in a striped shirt and hat. Next to it, a tiny scene shows a crucifixion. Below, a large two-panel painting depicts a landscape with trees and a path, but the paint is cracked and peeling. To the left, another painting shows a rider on horseback. The wear on the paint suggests these were once hung in a home or church, not a gallery. The cracked panels look old, like they’ve been exposed to moisture or time.
