This photo shows a desert scene with tall rock cliffs in the front. The rocks look jagged and uneven. In the background, there’s a big stone building on a flat area, with smaller houses scattered around it. The title says this is "Acoma from the South," meaning it’s a view of the Acoma Pueblo from the south side. The artist took this photo in 1904. Next, check out Edward S. Curtis (American, 1868–1952) to see more of his work.
