Contribution to V&A's 150th anniversary album is a 2007 watercolor by Grimshaw Architects, a Contemporary Abstract work, held at Victoria and Albert Museum.
In 2007, Grimshaw Architects made a watercolour page for the V&A’s 150th-anniversary album. It shows their take on the museum’s role in design and culture. Watercolour keeps the look clean and light. They joined 150 artists, designers and photographers who all contributed a single page. Each picked what inspired them most about the V&A’s collections. Check out the Victoria and Albert Museum for more on their anniversary projects.
In 2007, Grimshaw Architects contributed a page to the Victoria and Albert Museum's 150th anniversary album, featuring watercolour designs paired with handwritten lettering. The submission was part of a project inviting 150 artists, designers, architects, and photographers to reflect on the museum's collections and significance. The page appears in volume two of three albums, one of 60 contributions in that volume.
