Stradă din Sighișoara is a 1924 unspecified by Petre Iorgulescu-Yor, held at Art Museum of Constanta.
This painting shows a narrow street between two tall, crumbling buildings. The walls are rough and uneven, painted in earthy browns and greens. A person in a white dress stands under an archway, holding what looks like a red bundle. Another figure is cut off at the bottom right, half-hidden by the wall. The buildings have small, dark windows and a few plants growing on the roof. The brushstrokes are thick and uneven, giving the scene a rough, textured look. This style is an example of impasto.
Petre Iorgulescu-Yor (24 December 1890, Râmnicu Sărat – 29 April 1939, Bucharest) was a Romanian Expressionist painter of Jewish and Greek ancestry.
