The story of this work

Overview

A collage by Denis Masi from 2005, *Thinking – Monuments to Collapse*, combines tracing paper and acetate with two tower forms, a circle enclosing a cross, and a hook, accompanied by an inscription in the lower right corner and held together by three rivets. Created as part of the *40 Artists – 40 Drawings* series, the work was acquired as a group in 2007. Masi employs mixed media, including large-scale installations and works on paper, in his practice.
