About this work

This image shows a busy train station packed with people and tall, dark metal beams. The tracks curve into the distance, and a sign with stripes hangs near the center. Shadows and light mix in a grainy, sketchy style, making everything look rough and busy. The artist used a scratchy, textured method to create this scene, almost like a mix of drawing and printing. It feels alive but also a little chaotic, like a snapshot of a moment when everyone’s moving fast. Want to know more about how this was made? Look up lithography.
