Les Plaisirs de la chasse: L'Arrêt is a 1842 by Alade Joseph Lorentz, a Romanticism work, held at Cleveland Museum of Art.
This sketch shows a man in a tall hat and long coat standing in shallow water, holding a long stick. His dog sits beside him, looking down. Tall reeds surround them, and the water looks calm. The title at the top, *Les Plaisirs de la chasse*, means "The Pleasures of Hunting" in French. The man’s outfit and the dog suggest he’s hunting birds in the marshes.
