About this work

This picture shows a quiet creek winding through a flat, wet landscape. The water is a soft blue-gray, with a few rocks poking up here and there. The sky above is light and grainy, like a pale blue wash. A single yellow-orange blob sits low on the horizon—maybe the sun, maybe just a shape. The artist used a rough, textured method to make the colors look uneven. The lines around the rocks and water feel hand-drawn, not smooth. Want to know more?
