Saint Christopher is a 1475 paint by German 15th Century, a Renaissance work, held at National Gallery of Art.
This print shows a robed figure carrying a small child on their shoulder. The background has simple trees and grass, all outlined in black with flat colors. The person’s face is blurred, and the whole image looks like it was carved into metal, then colored by hand.
