About this work

This painting shows three figures in a dimly lit room with arched windows. The figure on the left, wearing a red robe and a halo, leans forward as if handing something to the man in the center. That man, also with a halo, holds a small child while another figure stands nearby, dressed in a light-colored robe. The halos suggest these are holy or important figures, but their exact roles aren’t clear from the painting alone. The colors are mostly earthy—reds, browns, and golds—with simple shapes and bold outlines. Look up Panagiotidou Eir. to see more of her work.
