This is a black-and-white drawing of a muscular man standing sideways. His arms are outstretched, one hand curled into a loose fist. The lines on his skin and muscles are sharp and detailed, almost like they were scratched into the paper. The ground beneath his feet looks rough, with some small marks that might be rocks or grass. The artist used a technique that lets them create deep, textured lines—this is called *etching*. The way the light and shadow play on his body makes him look strong and alive, even though there’s no color. If you like this style, check out more works from the Baroque movement.
