This crowded scene shows a man strapped to a giant wooden wheel, raised high over a town square. Around him, a packed crowd watches—some on horseback, others holding spears. A few figures in robes stand nearby, pointing or gesturing. In the background, buildings and a tower loom, while soldiers with pikes form a tight line. The wheel itself is the focus: a brutal tool for punishment, with the man dangling helplessly. The artist used sharp lines to show every tense muscle and worried face in the crowd.
