The Kubosō Memorial Museum of Arts, Izumi (和泉市久保惣記念美術館, Izumi-shi Kubosō Kinen Bijutsukan) is a municipal art museum located in Izumi, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. Established in 1982 through the philanthropy of the Kubo family, local cotton textile industrialists, the museum houses a collection of approximately eleven thousand works distinguished by two National Treasures and twenty-nine Important Cultural Properties. Its holdings span Japanese and East Asian art, with particular depth in ukiyo-e prints, and extend to Western paintings, making it a significant cultural institution in the Kansai region.

The museum opened in 1982 following the donation by the Kubo family, founders of the Kubosō cotton textile business, who gave the land, buildings, collection, and endowment funds for management to the city of Izumi after ceasing their commercial operations. The family had amassed a substantial art collection through their business success. A new wing was added in 1997 to accommodate the growing collection and exhibition needs. A concert hall was subsequently added in 1999, expanding the institution's cultural programming beyond visual arts. In 2025, the museum initiated a collaboration with Momoyama Gakuin University to revitalize attendance, which had declined from 47,321 visitors in 1982 to 20,744 in 2024.

The collection encompasses roughly eleven thousand works with notable concentrations in several areas. Ukiyo-e prints form a major strength, numbering approximately six thousand pieces. The holdings are anchored by two National Treasures: the Kasen Uta-awase scroll, a significant work in the history of Japanese calligraphy and poetry, and the Southern Song dynasty celadon vase with phoenix ears known as Bansei, a masterpiece of Chinese ceramic art. The museum also maintains twenty-nine Important Cultural Properties spanning multiple media. Beyond Japanese and East Asian material, the collection includes Western paintings, among them a version of Claude Monet's Water Lilies (Nymphéas).

The two National Treasures define the museum's international significance. The Kasen Uta-awase scroll represents a major document in Japanese literary and artistic heritage. The Bansei celadon vase, a Southern Song dynasty work distinguished by its phoenix-shaped handles, stands as one of the finest examples of Chinese ceramic art in Japan. The twenty-nine Important Cultural Properties complement these premier works across various categories. The Western painting collection's inclusion of a Monet Nymphéas demonstrates the Kubo family's eclectic collecting interests beyond traditional Japanese art.
