The most significant designated holding comprises the Satsumon culture artifacts from the Sapporo City K-446 Site, recognized as a Prefectural Tangible Cultural Property. The Jōmon collection represents another cornerstone of the holdings, with numerous pottery pieces recovered from within the city area. The center's displays of stone tools and period pottery illustrate technological and cultural developments across eras. Settlement models reconstructing the former Kotoni River area provide visual context for understanding spatial organization of ancient communities.
