Rain, Lingholm is a 1898 watercolor by Beatrix Potter, a Impressionism work, held at Victoria and Albert Museum.
Beatrix Potter painted *Rain, Lingholm* in August 1898 using watercolour. She often sketched the landscapes where her family stayed. This piece shows the house at Lingholm with a rainy view of Derwentwater. Potter added the word "Rain" to the title herself. Some details of the house and hills are soft behind the weather.
