View of Seraglio Point from the Mosque at Scutary is a 1830 watercolor by Roberts, D. Captain RN, a Romanticism work, held at Victoria and Albert Museum.
This sketch shows a tall tower with a pointed roof and small windows near the top. Below it, a courtyard with low buildings, trees, and a few people walking around. In the distance, a waterway and more buildings fade into the background. The artist focused on light and shadow to give the scene depth, especially on the tower’s details. This was common in watercolors of the time. Next, check out the Victoria and Albert Museum to see more sketches like this.

Created in 1830, the work was later reproduced as an etching in Finden's *Landscape and Portrait Illustrations to the Life and Works of Lord Byron* (1833–34). The drawing was once part of the collection of Bill Thomson, acquired in June 1970.
