Untitled is a 1913 by Louis Wain, held at Victoria and Albert Museum.
Two cats dressed as people walk side by side. The one on the left wears a brown suit with a bow tie and a top hat, while the one on the right has a bright yellow dress with purple underskirt and a wide-brimmed hat. They hold hands, and a small white kitten peeks out from the woman’s skirt. The man’s suit has tiny green flowers on the vest, and his pants are checkered. The woman’s dress has red dots and a red belt. Their faces look friendly, but their eyes are big and round. Look up Wain, Louis to see more of his playful animal drawings.
Louis William Wain was an English artist best known for his drawings of anthropomorphised cats and kittens.
