Untitled is a 1864 by Somers Clarke, a Impressionism work, held at Victoria and Albert Museum.
This is a simple black-and-white drawing of a small stone church. The building has a tall tower with a pointed roof and a cross on top. The walls look rough, and there are arched windows along the sides. In front, there’s a wooden porch with double doors, and a gravestone sits near the entrance. The artist signed it “Somers Clarke” and dated it May 1864. The drawing focuses on details like the texture of the stone and the shape of the roof. If you like this style, check out cross-hatching next.
A pencil drawing depicts a church as seen from the southeast.
