About this work

This drawing shows a flock of birds flying over grass and plants. The birds are scattered—some soaring high, others near the ground. The lines are loose and quick, like sketches caught in motion. Notice how the artist didn’t focus on perfect details. Instead, the birds and plants feel alive, almost dancing. The style looks more like a quick study than a polished finish. If you like this loose, natural style, check out Impressionism.
