This painting shows two large, colorful carp banners flying high in the sky. They are black and orange with big eyes and mouths. Below them, people are walking on a street with buildings on either side. The sky is light blue with some clouds. In the foreground, there is a stone statue of a dog on the right side. The street has people walking, some on foot and others on horseback. The scene looks like it's set in a Japanese city.
