This image shows a detailed coat of arms inside a circular frame. At the top sits a crown, and below it are two shields with different designs: one has a cross with dots, the other three small flowers. The shields are connected by a ribbon with an "H" on it, and the whole thing is wrapped in a wreath of leaves and flowers. Swirls and stars fill the empty spaces around the center. The two shields likely belong to Henri IV and Maria de Medici, as noted in the title. The artist used fine lines and shading to create depth, which is typical for this kind of work. Next, look up engraving to see how artists like this one carved detailed images into metal.
