Încoronare Maicii Domnului is a 1850 by Unknown, held at Bran National Museum.
This drawing shows a crowned woman with golden robes seated beside a bearded man in blue. Both have halos made of thin, sharp lines. Saints and angels kneel below them. The work was likely made for private worship. It uses parallel lines for shading, called hatching, to give depth without color. The artist’s identity is lost, but the style feels old and intentional. It’s kept at the Museum of Ethnography.
