About this work

This etching shows two people standing under a tall, arched stone structure with a clock face. Trees with bare branches surround them, and the ground looks rocky. The sky is faint but visible above the arch. The artist used fine lines to create shadows and texture, giving it a hand-drawn feel. The sepia tones make it look like an old print. Next, check out the technique: etching, drypoint.
