About this work

This print shows the cast list for a Macbeth show at Windsor Castle on February 4, 1853. Foster & L’Enfant made it around 1853. It’s a small print, not a painting, but it’s still interesting. The play was put on for Queen Victoria. That’s why it’s in the Victoria and Albert Museum today. Look up the Victoria and Albert Museum.
