Saunakatu 12 (Etelärantatie) is a 1897 by Rudolf Åkerblom, held at Helsinki City Museum.
This drawing shows a two-story wooden house with white walls and dark trim. The building has tall windows with shutters, a small balcony on the second floor, and a round window near the roof. Two bare trees stand in front, and a simple wooden fence runs along the street, which looks cobblestoned. The artist used soft pencil strokes to sketch the details, keeping the colors muted and the scene calm. The house looks well-kept but plain, with no fancy decorations.
