Studies of Major von Washington is a 1810 graphite by Wilhelm von Kobell, a Romanticism work, held at National Gallery of Art.
This drawing shows three studies of a military officer. The officer is shown from different angles, with the first two studies showing him from the side and the third from the front. He wears a large hat with a blue feather and a red collar. The drawing is done in graphite and watercolor on wove paper.
