This print shows a woman in a long dress standing on a dark stage. She holds a white cloth in one hand. A man in a military uniform kneels beside her. The scene comes from the opera *Satanella*, a popular show in the 1800s. The print was made after the opera’s final act. You can still see the stage’s painted backdrop in the background.
