Overview

A small ceramic vessel from the Takatori ware tradition, produced in 1877, was acquired in 1905 from Miss Mary Dresser, having previously belonged to Christopher Dresser. The piece entered the collection alongside a group of objects numbered D.397 to D.541-1905, as recorded in the Register of Drawings.
