Frances Howard, Duchess of Richmond is a 1623 ink by Francis Delaram, a Baroque work, held at National Gallery of Art.
This is a black-and-white portrait of a woman with a serious expression. She wears a high-collared dress with lace ruffs at her neck and wrists. A pearl necklace and a star-shaped brooch sit on her chest. Her hair is piled high, with curls framing her face. Around her head is a crown-like design, and a coat of arms appears above it.
