This is a round plate with bright blue backgrounds and bold colors. At the center sits a small, faded portrait of a man wearing a red hat. Around him, flowers and leaves in green, yellow, and red fill the space, framed by swirling vines and tiny birds. The man’s face looks worn, like it’s been rubbed over time.
