This black-and-white print shows a woman kneeling by a bed. She holds a baby while looking down. An angel with wings floats above her, pointing upward. The room has a shelf with a vase and a small statue. Clothes lie on the floor near the bed. The text at the bottom reads *Ecce Ancilla Domini*, which means "Behold the handmaid of the Lord." This is a religious scene about an angel telling someone they will have a child. Next, look up etching to see how artists like this one made prints.
